Dental accidents

Accidents are obviously different, and when the surgery is closed our answering machine (0844 375 6000) will give you the telephone number of the dental surgeon on call.

Not a registered patient?

No problem. One of our dentists will be able to treat the tooth you are having a problem with, or at least be able to minimise your pain. The cost for an emergency appointment is £30 plus whatever treatment you may need. For example, if it is just antibiotics, we have some regular ones in stock, these cost £6.50. Or if you need a crown recementing this costs £45. Extractions start from £70. All options applicable will be discussed with you.

Please note that this appointment is not an initial consultation, therefore the cost of any xrays are additional. Only the tooth that you have a problem with will be looked at, where if you had an initial consultation all teeth/soft and hard tissue etc. would be examinied. 

Not sure if it is an emergency?

Toothache that has been lurking in the background for 2 or 3 weeks can usually be dealt with during normal surgery hours.

The vast majority of dental problems are totally preventable and it is always better for everyone if they are dealt with sooner rather than later!
